If you require care outside of our clinic hours, please present to the Sylvan Lake Advanced Ambulatory Care Centre at 4602 49th Ave Sylvan Lake. The Advanced Ambulatory Care Centre is open from 7:30am to 10pm and is intended for urgent but non-life-threatening illness and injuries.​For life threatening emergencies please present to the nearest emergency department or call 911.

If you need medical attention between the hours of 10pm and 7:30am and you are a patient of Sylvan Family Health Centre, Sylvan Medical Clinic or Dr. Fugler, please call 403-314-3863 and have them page the physician on call for Sylvan Lake. Please note that the physician on call will not return to the clinic after hours and this service is for telephone advice only. If it is an emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.
